This is what I like to make when I'm too lazy to cook, but don't want salad and still want a nutrient packed meal. There are really a ton of ways to vary this meal. You can use different vegetables, add different crunchy toppings like almonds or kale chips, or something sweet like dried fruit. Adding some sort of tangy asian soy sauce would also be a great addition to this wrap.

The creation:
1. Mash an avocado with a fork, then add lime juice, garlic and salt.
2. Prepare other vegetable toppings.
3. Carefully spread the mashed avocado evenly on the Nori roll, so the avocado is 1/4 inch thick. Arrange vegetables in straight vertical lines (see photo). Roll from edge to form the wrap.

- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- A sprinkle of salt
- 1 small carrot spiralized and chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 3 cucumber slices, cut length-wise
- A handful of sprouts
