Super Green Tuna Salad
This Super Green Tuna Salad may very well be one of my all time favorite meals. I literally look forward to eating this salad and would choose it over most other meals! In fact, I love it so much that I normally have it at least three times a week. Yes, it's that good. Or maybe I just really love tuna.
Either way, it's worth trying at least once! The recipe is super simple and doesn't require a lot of ingredients or time. I love making this salad and bringing it with me when I'm on the run because I can keep the tuna in the can and have it fresh- one of the advantages of canned tuna! Now unfortunately, if you don't like tuna, you probably won't like this salad. But you can try my tuna-free variation, just add turkey deli meat and bacon bits in place of the tuna!
I hope you enjoy!
